The Flag is in Italy!

Hi everyone! It's been a while but the flag is still alive. It is now in Italy with Stefano, The Black Night.

The journey continues!

Flag at Hood to Coast

Alanna from Running 42km ran Hood to Coast with her Canadian flag to add it to the International Running Flag of Friendship. She sent me these cool photos for the blog. Thanks for taking part Alanna!

Alanna will now send the flag to Anne in Quebec who will run with her flag next. Thank you for keeping the International Running Flag of Friendship alive!

Latest Flag Update

Quick Flag Update

The flag is still in the USA. Chris mailed it to Tonia who is the next recipient. Tonia is currently out of town and will give an update as soon as she returns.

The flag is now in the USA

The International Running Flag of Friendship is now with Chris in the USA. If you want the flag next, let him know. There can be many flags from the same country so other people in the USA can still add their own flags. State flags are welcome too. The only rule is that you attach a flag that you carried in a race or on a run to the big flag.

In Australia!

I'm very excited as the running flag of friendship arrived safely in Australia. The flag is now with Char form "My Life's A Marathon". Char will run a 5km race with her Australian flag this weekend. After that, the flag will makes its way to Chris in the USA.
